"Adjust in new ways"
In these workshops, you will learn hands-on adjustments. Not only the basics (which we will of course briefly review), but also all the more advanced ways you can best assist your yogis. From simple to complex asanas, everything is included – come as you are, and be inspired by how wonderful it feels to confidently and skillfully support yogis in their practice.

In this workshop we will not only talk about personal branding and offerings, but also learn how to design and promote your offerings correctly. How can you build a sustainable brand as a yoga teacher? Let’s find out!

"How to get Reel"
Are you ready for a crash course on Instagram, Reels and Stories? Let’s go! I’ll teach you how to create the right kind of Reels for YOUR Yoga channel and how to attract clients with it. No Idea how to produce content at all? I gotcha! All you need is your phone and yourself. I’ll give you insights on things like “viral sounds”, framing, editing, apps and much more.

Come and join me in the beautiful Sha-la Studio in Berlin Kreuzberg. It's an incredibly energetic room filled with light.

You can find it on the 4th floor of the Emmaus Church's Tower in Kreuzberg. The church is located at Lausitzer Platz 8A, 10997, Berlin. Enter the church's main gate and use the spiral stairs to reach it all the way up.
